12:30-15:00 - WS 1 - ATS® Movement Dialect mit Fächer - Vertiefung & Kombinationen mit Katarzyna / 49€ Level: Anfänger mit Fächererfahrung

Der erste Workshop ist ein Rückblick und eine Vertiefung der wichtigsten Schritte mit dem Fächer. Wir brechen die anspruchsvollsten Bewegungen herunter und konzentrieren uns auf knifflige Details. Darüber hinaus üben wir fließende Übergänge und auffällige Kombinationen. Wir werden verschiedene Formationen erforschen, die es uns als Gruppe ermöglichen, ein schönes Bild zu schaffen. Bitte bringt Fächer ( 28 - 32 cm m lang) mit, die leicht zu öffnen sind (aus Holz oder Kunststoff).

15:15-16:45 - WS 2 - Flamenco inspirierter Movement Dialect - Technik und Schritte mit Agata / 33€ Level: Mittelstufe im ATS®

Dieser Workshop legt den Fokus auf ATS®-Bewegungen und Devi Mamak-Schritte mit starken Flamenco-Einflüssen. Wir werden schnelle Bewegungen lernen, die sich auf eine schöne Haltung, starke Arme und präzise Beinarbeit konzentrieren. Agata wird ihre Lieblingstechniken und Tipps für mehr Balance, Schnelligkeit und Energie in diesen Bewegungen vorstellen. Die Schritte werden im Laufe dieses Wochenendes während der Manton-Workshops sehr nützlich sein.

Der Manton ist ein schönes und herausforderndes Accessoire, das unserem Tanz sicherlich eine neue Dynamik verleihen wird! Agata wird uns die Grundtechnik und für den ATS® geeignete Bewegungen beibringen. Wir werden lernen, wie man den Manton hält und bewegeffektvoll in Szene setzt, und wir werden verschiedene ATS®-Schritte mit Manton üben. Agata zeigt uns, wie wir den Manton in der Gruppenimprovisation im Stil des “Siren Projekts” einsetzen können! Bitte bringt einen quadratischen Schal mit - Größe mindestens 115x115cm.

14:00-15:30 - WS 4 - Spielen mit Formationen mit Eleen und Vanessa / 33€ Level: Mittelstufe

Lasst uns mit den Formationen spielen und einen außergewöhnlichen ATS®-Cocktail zaubern. In den Cibelle Laboratorien haben wir Rezepte entwickelt, die zum Beispiel Duelling Duetten die besondere Würze verleihen. Wir zeigen euch spielerische Formationskombis, die euer Publikum lieben wird und die eure Performance besonders machen werden!

16:00-18:00 - WS 5 - ATS® Movement Dialect mit dem Fächer - neue Bewegungen mit Katarzyna / 39€ Level: Fortgeschrittene im Fächer-Movement-Dialect oder Teilnehmerinnen früherer Workshops

Wir werden neue Schritte mit Fächer vom 'The Siren Project' lernen, wie Floreo Barrel, Barrel Taxeem Turn, Barrel Combo, neue Version vom Sahra Turn, Resham-ka Spin, Shoulder Shimmy Combo, Single Bump Half Turn (Mai Roma's Kreation, Katarzyna verliebte sich in sie). Wir üben hochkarätige Kombinationen und anspruchsvolle Drehungen (wie Schleier-Drehungen).

ATS®-Stammbaum Geschichten, Bilder und Videos aus den Anfängen des American Tribal Style® bis heute. Theresa und Mareike kramen tief in ihren Archiven und im Internet und bereiten eine Reise durch den Stammbaum des American Tribal Style® für uns vor.

In diesem Workshop werden wir die am Samstag eingeführten Bewegungen üben. Nach einem kurzen Überblick über die Schritte des vorherigen Workshops wird Agata uns mehr ihrer Lieblings-Manton-Schritte und -Kombinationen vermitteln, wobei sie sich auf saubere Technik und Übergänge konzentriert. Sie wird auch einige Ideen zu Manton in Formationen, Fades und im Kreis mit uns umsetzen.

13:00-14:30 - WS 8 - Gestalte ein ATS®-Set mit Flamenco-Geschmack! mit Katarzyna / 33€ Level: Fortgeschrittene im Fächer-Movement Dialect

Katarzyna und Agata haben Anfang 2016 das Siren Project gegründet, eine Gruppe, die sich Flamenco-Ideen im ATS® widmet. Seit dieser Zeit erforschen sie intensiv diesen Movement-Dialect, seine Bühnenmöglichkeiten und die damit verbundenen Herausforderungen. In diesem Workshop wird Katarzyna ihre Tipps und Erfahrungen aus den Auftritten mit der Gruppe mit uns teilen. Schritt für Schritt arbeiten wir an einem Set mit dem Fächer:

• beginnend mit dem Chorus,
• mit effektiven Übergängen,
• interessanten Gruppenlösungen,
• Musikalität,
• bis zur Dramaturgie eines ganzen Sets
• und mit kleinen, aber wichtigen Details zur Improvisation mit dem Fächer

14:45-16:00 - WS 9 - Tanzen im Fluss & Abschlusszeremonie mit Mareike and Theresa / 15€

Tanzen im Flow bedeutet, am Ende eines langen Wochenendes noch einmal in den ATS®-Bewegungen zu versinken - zu tanzen - zu entspannen. Es geht darum, den Kopf nach und nach auszuschalten, die eigenen Bewegungen zu erspüren, das Muskelgedächtnis zu trainieren. Am Ende haben wir noch einen gemeinsamen Moment, um das Erlebte Revue passieren zu lassen. Die Dozentinnen

Katarzyna kreiert und entwickelt seit 2013 vom Flamenco inspirierten ATS® Movement Dialect mit dem Flamenco-Fächer. Bereits zweimal hatte sie die Freude, ihre Kreationen in Workshops bei uns zu präsentieren. Jetzt hat sie für uns neues Material und fortgeschrittene Themen vorbereitet, die unseren Tanz auf die nächste Stufe bringen.

Agata - bekannte Warschauer Tänzerin und Dozentin für orientalischen Tanz, Tribal Fusion und ATS®, sowie Inhaberin der Hamsa Dance School. Sie ist eine der Pionierinnen des ATS® in Warschau, derzeit ist sie eine der beiden FCBD®-Sister Studios in Warschau und Teilnehmerin des SSCE-Programms. Seit Jahren ist sie leidenschaftlich am Tanzen, sie tritt auf und unterrichtet im In- und Ausland, reist und trainiert, um ihren Schülerinnen die neuesten Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten vermitteln zu können.

Cibelle Dance Collective - das ist typisch ATS® - ein Schmelztiegel der Kulturen. Mareike, Eleen, Theresa und Vanessa teilen die Passion für die gemeinsame Tanzsprache ATS®. 12:30-15:00 - WS 1 - ATS® movement Dialect with fan - Review & Combos with Katarzyna / 49€ Level: Beginners with previous fan experience

The first workshop is a review and deepening of the most important steps with fan. We break down the most challenging ones and focus on tricky details, as well as on smooth transitions and eye-catching combinations. We will explore different formations which allow us to create beautiful visual pictures as a group. Please bring fans 28 – 32 cm long , easy to open (made from wood or plastic)

15:15-16:45 - WS 2 - Flamenco inspired Movement Dialect - technique and steps with Agata / 33€ Level: intermediate in ATS®

This workshop will focus on ATS® steps and Devi Mamak steps that have a strong flamenco influence. We will learn several fast steps, focusing on beautiful posture, strong arm positions and precise footwork. Agata will share her favourite techniques and tips for more balance, speed and energy in those moves. The steps will be very useful later this weekend during the manton workshops.

Manton is a beautiful and challenging prop that will surely bring a new dynamic to your dance! Agata will teach you the basic technique and manton moves suitable for ATS®. We will learn how to hold and move the manton for the most beautiful effect, and we will practise several ATS® steps with manton. Agata will show you how to use them in group improvisation, The Siren Project style! Please bring a square shawl – size at least 115x115cm.

14:00-15:30 - WS 4 - Playing with formations with Eleen and Vanessa / 33€ Level: intermediate

Let’s play with formations to make a special ATS® cocktail. In the Cibelle laboratories we made up some nice receipts that spice up for example the duelling duetts. We teach you playful formation combos that your audience will love and that will make your performance special!

16:00-18:00 - WS 5 - ATS® movement Dialect with fan – new steps with Katarzyna / 39€ Level: advanced in fan Movement Dialect or participants of previous workshops

We will learn new steps from 'The Siren Project' with fan, as Floreo Barrel, Barrel Taxeem Turn, Barrel Combo, new version of Sahra Turn, Resham-ka Spin, Shoulder Shimmy Combo, Single Bump Half Turn (Mai Roma's creation Katarzyna fell in love with). We will practise high level combos and challenging turns (as Veil Turns).

booked up! 10:00-12:00 - WS 7 - ATS® with manton – Steps and Combos with Agata / 39€ Level: intermediate in ATS® or beginner with manton experience

In this workshop we will continue practising the manton technique that was introduced on Saturday. After a short review of steps from the previous workshop Agata will teach you more of her favourite manton steps and combinations, focusing on clean technique and transitions. She will also practise some ideas on how to use manton in formations, fades and in the circle.

13:00-14:30 WS 8 - Create an ATS® set with flamenco flavour! with Katarzyna / 33€ Level: Advanced in fan Movement Dialect

Katarzyna and Agata have founded The Siren Project, a troupe dedicated to exploring flamenco inspirations in ATS®, at the beginning of 2016. These years were intensive times of exploration of the dialect, it's stage possibilities and difficulties connected with it.

In this workshop Katarzyna will share with you their tips and group experience. Step by step you will work on a dance set with fan:

• starting from the choir,
• through effective transitions,
• interesting group solutions,
• musicality,
• dramaturgy of a whole set
• and ending with small but important details and practise improvisation with fan.

14:45-16:00 - WS 9 - Dancing in Flow & Closing Ceremony with Mareike and Theresa / 15€

Dancing in flow means at the end of a long weekend to sink once more into the ATS® movements - dancing - relaxing. The aim is to gradually switch off your head, to feel your own movements and to train your muscle memory. In the end we will have a moment together to reflect on what we have learned and experience this weekend. Short text about the teachers

Katarzyna has created and developed flamenco inspired ATS® Movement Dialect with flamenco fan since 2013. She had the pleasure to share her creations with us two and three years ago. Now she has prepared for you new material and advanced topics, which bring your dance to the next level.

Agata - famous Warsaw dancer and teacher for oriental dance, tribal fusion and ATS®, and owner of the Hamsa Dance School. She is one of the pioneers of ATS® in Warsaw, currently one of the two FCBD®-Sister Studios in Warsaw and participant in the SSCE program. For years she has been passionate about dancing, performing and teaching at home and abroad, traveling and training to provide her students with the latest knowledge and skills.

Cibelle Dance Collective - this is typically ATS® - a melting pot of cultures. Mareike, Eleen, Theresa and Vanessa share the passion for the common dance language ATS®. They love travelling, dancing with dancers all over the world and the thrill of dancing together. Venues
