In this 2 hour workshop, you will begin to discover your authentic voice. Restore harmony in your body and mind, and create space for inner growth. The workshop is for non-singers and singers alike! It does not matter how your voice sounds or where you are starting from, it only matters how your voice feels. We aim to connect your body, mind, and heart through the voice. We will focus on our breath and explore the resonate spaces within our body through vocalization.
