Description:
In this 2 hours workshop we will work on the weakest part of our bodies - core and arms. Muscles creating the core are there to support pelvis and therefore the most troubled part of the spine - the low back or lumbar spine. This in combination with strong shoulders and arms gives you abilities to fly! At least that's how we call it in yoga, when you learn to arm balance. We will tackle the topic about what exactly is core and what poses and transitions help you to make it stronger. Additionally, we will stretch the necessary parts, that are in the way to gain more mobility for core poses and learn how to properly use our shoulders to be able to baer weight on them safely.
