We will explore this from the framework of the 3 Vital Essences of hatha yoga: OJAS, PRANA, TEJAS ~ how each play an essential role in your balance, your overall health, your sense of inspiration and the impulse to grow and evolve.

SILKE has been teaching yoga since 2000, her primary teacher being Rod Stryker/ ParaYoga®. Her studies also include yoga therapy with Doug Keller, pranic healing/mediation studies with Dr. Swami Shankardev Saraswati, Sanskrit for Yogis with Dr. Katy Komenda, and Myofacial Movement & Anatomy training with Gary Carter.

Bridging the philosophy & science of yoga with the insights of western sciences & methodologies, Silke's aim is to have students EXPERIENCE the great wisdom of the sages -- that to unlock and understand the great creative force of the universe, you need to look no further than your own body and mind.
