Silks can be a classically beautiful discipline - but it can also be weird, unique and unexpectedly exciting. This workshop will explore aerial technique on silks, including some climbs and transitions, as well as looking at tools for enhancing dynamic movement and roll up technique. We will also focus on some short sequences that utilize the duel nature of the silks in a quirky and exploratory way. Prerequisites: ideally participants will have some experience and be able to invert, comfortably straddle climb and take their own weight.
