Level: Intermediate/Advanced – Students must be working on or can complete a Hip Key Roll up and a slow controlled roll down.

In this workshop we will explore the technique of C-shaping as a means of rolling up and down the rope. This technique will be applied in a variety of both controlled and dynamic rotational movements such as roll ups, descents, dynamic transitions and drops. Students will also be given a variety of drills and exercises to continue the work on their own.
