This workshop will give students a basic overview and anatomical understanding of specific muscle groups specific to aerial. Using various techniques and tools, from active stretching, resistance stretching (PNF), GYROKINESIS Method and yoga, this stretching concept allows every student to find their edge in their own body and learn how to safely work with it to expand their range of motion and flexibility. Students will also be assisted by partner stretches. The goal is to leave students with enough tools to integrate in their training and work towards being more free in the air.
