Join David and Danielle for this playful and empowering practice. ACROYOGA cultivates trust and communication infused with boundless play. This practice gives students the tools to explore partner acrobatic training techniques, conditioning exercises, flying transitions and static acro-poses. You will also work through a series of core and inversion conditioning to get you upside down. You will be challenged, you will connect with likeminded people, you will learn new skills and most of all we will LAUGH, PLAY and SWEAT together! This workshop is suitable for all levels. Bring a partner or come alone, we will all work together.
