Join Thomas for a daylong playful workshop to explore the magic that happens when these ingredients come together. Learn and play with three practical approaches to the body and mind, and how they can take your understanding of yoga both deeper and wider. Expect smiles, jokes and real learning!
Some questions we will take into practice:
Is yoga learning to be still? Or is it learning to flow? What is “mindfulness” and can I even do it with my crazy brain? Can practice be both powerful and gentle? What might it look like to include thinking and inner pictures in our yoga?
After the workshop Thomas will be happy to chat and answer any questions about the upcoming Body of Wisdom yoga teacher training at Soulyoga.

Jede Anmeldung ist beidseitig verbindlich, das heißt, Sie haben Anrecht auf einen Platz und wir auf den fälligen Rechnungsbetrag. Wird die Mindestteilnehmerzahl nicht erreicht, behält sich die Studioführung vor, das Event abzusagen. Die bereits gezahlten Kursgebühren werden den Kunden erstattet.
STORNIERUNGSMODALITÄT (AGB)
Bei schriftlicher Stornierung (postalisch eingehend)
- bis 30 Tage vor Workshop Beginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 20,00€
- bis 7 Tage vor Workshop Beginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 50% des Rechnungsbetrages
- ab 6 Tage vor Workshop Beginn beträgt die Bearbeitungsgebühr 100% des Rechnungsbetrages.
Es ist möglich für den/die ursprüngliche/n TeilnehmerIn für eine Ersatzperson zu sorgen. Im kurzfristigen Krankheitsfall und bei Nicht-Erscheinen ist die Rückerstattung ebenso ausgeschlossen. Mit der Anmeldung werden die o.g. AGB akzeptiert.
