Bhakti Flow with Sanna Kokkonen

This is Sanna’s signature Vinyasa flow class from Bali, based on a unique fusion of bhakti (devotion), Asana (physical posture) and chanting. At the heart of bhakti is surrender to the Divine as one’s inner self. With surrender we tap into universal love and start to relax and generate positive energy for others. Chanting is part of Nada Yoga (yoga of sound) which can help channel emotions in a healing way.
