CALLING ALL THE MONKEYS AND MOVING SOULS TO MEET US AT THIS BACK TO ACRO WORKSHOP! Before the winter in here ,we want to fire up the acro vibes with some new moves, flows and entries.

Taking it this time to reverse versions of poses and flows, we will play with the unknown, the dark side and what is behind it....scary no? Not really, as always we will keep it safe and fun so we get to have a great time.

Is experience needed for this workshop? Ahm, yes, a bit. We would ask you to have done some acro before, to know your way around a bird and throne, to have tried and played around with some inversions like star or shoulderstand.

What to expect?

3 hours of playful warm-up Drills and skills for handstand training AND new acro moves and shapes Tea and cookies;) About Andrés Covelli: the desire to move every part of my body, the passion to be anything I can imagine, the need to play in life, to stand on may hands and spin on my head. To bend backwards and forward, to roll over like a little kid, to fall over just to get up again. This is how I learnt to live my life.
