Marc Laws ist wieder zu Gast bei doktor yoga - und diesmal gleich für eine Advanced Klasse und mehrere Workshops verteilt über ein ganzes Wochenende! Nutzt diese tolle Gelegenheit Euer Yoga zu vertiefen und in die Welt von Marcs Yoga einzutauchen. Er ist bekannt für seinen lockeren und kreativen Unterrichtsstil sowie seine Leidenschaft für Inversions und Arm Balances. Der energiegeladene US-Amerikaner mit Wahlheimat Bali unterrichtet seine Workshops auf Englisch.

Er beschreibt das Wochenende in seinen eigenen Worten: We all come to the Yoga practice for our own personal reasons. This series of workshops is designed to penetrate the many layers of what brings us to the mat. Each workshop peeling back a layer. Whether building physical strength, unraveling the mind to taste peace, or giving wood to the fire of the soul to express our purpose. As well as like space in between the notes of music leaving room for what comes to us spontaneously through our Yoga practice. This is whats on offer in this 3 part weekend series of workshops.

Marc Laws gestaltet eine Advanced Klasse - frei für alle Levels - speziell als Einleitung für sein Workshopwochenende bei doktor yoga. Lass deine Woche mit einer 90 Minute Praxis ausklingen und nutze sie als Einstieg zu dem vielfältigen Workshopangebot von Marc.

Saturday 14 Sept 2019 16:30-19:30 Slow Burn 2.0

Slowing down can help increase awareness both of our internal sensations and our external surroundings, tuning us into experiences that we often miss when we rush on autopilot from place to place. Paying closer attention to the process of all that we do can also increase our sense of appreciation, enjoyment of our physical bodies and relationships. By heightening awareness of mental and physical states, —like mindfulness in general—can help us gain a greater sense of control over our thoughts, feelings, and actions, allowing us to respond in more constructive ways when we experience negative thoughts or emotions.

Slow Burn 2.0 will be a creative Yoga asana flow, other movement modalities, cultivating a steady inner-fire and the breath to match. Marinating in the Practice as our minds and bodies burn through the old to make room for the new. Moving, breathing and Being with reverence.
